Purchase terms

Effective October 27, 2026. Pulse Drive is an online interactive driving experience. These terms cover purchases on pulsedrive.site.

What you buy

Choose a one-time USD credit pack: $5.00 for 15,000 credits; $10.00 for 35,000 credits; $25.00 for 100,000 credits; $50.00 for 250,000 credits. Prices include any applicable checkout tax. There is no subscription. Credits are added to the signed-in account after Stripe confirms payment, usually within seconds; delayed payment methods take longer. Credits are used like earned points to unlock virtual cars. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and are not an investment. Buying is optional; points can also be earned by driving.

Your account

Check the username before paying. Keep your password and email account private. Add and verify an email address before checkout. Use Forgot password to receive a one-use reset link; it expires after 15 minutes. Resetting signs out all devices. We store passwords and reset tokens as hashes. If you lose access to your verified email, contact support; we cannot promise account recovery without sufficient proof of ownership.

Payments and refunds

Stripe handles your payment details. Use a payment method you are authorized to use. If you cannot legally enter a purchase agreement, have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase. Read our refund policy: unused credit packs can receive a full refund when requested within 14 days. Duplicate charges, undelivered credits, and rights required by applicable law are also covered. Refunded or disputed credits are removed; if already spent, an adjustment may apply to your balance. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Use and support

Do not access other accounts, tamper with payments, or exploit the service. Features and vehicle availability may change; contact support if a change prevents use of a purchase. This experience does not replace real-world driver training or authorize unsafe road behavior.
